Ianni Real Estate Inc. is proud to carry forward the incredible legacy and vision of the late Kevin M. Burke and Burke Real Estate Consultants, Inc. Kevin was a widely respected leader, mentor, and real estate authority who dedicated his career to exceptional client service, risk management, and training across California and Virginia.

Following his passing, our mission is to ensure that the high standards of integrity, comprehensive market knowledge, and client first advocacy he championed continue seamlessly under our new banner. We don't just facilitate transactions; we protect and guide our clients with the same diligence Kevin was known for.

Ianni Real Estate is led by Linda Ianni, a licensed agent and broker since 2012. She served as broker of record at Burke Real Estate Consultants, Inc. for more than ten years, and before that she owned and managed her own apartment complexes for [PROOF: number] years.

Our agents work in San Diego and Orange County, and in Fredericksburg, Richmond, and the communities around them in Virginia. Each agent works the way Linda does. That means your calls get returned, and you hear it plainly when we think a deal isn’t right for you.
